covering several locations throughout England.
FINAL LEG OF NEGOTIATIONS
ASA in the final leg of negotiations to secure 300,000 sq. m of property building and engineering stock condition surveys,
plans in progress for commencement next month.

STOCK CONDITION SURVEYS
ASA complete their allocation of property stock condition surveys for Bucknall Austin, Birmingham on time and to budget covering
a variety of properties in Gloucestershire.
SUCCESSFUL TENDER
ASA successfully tender for a second time to secure another appointment on a DfES sponsored educational stock building and engineering
services survey, as part of a City Academy development in south London. As part of the DfES appointments, ASA have developed their own
in-house electronic survey report format to improve data collection, recording and information delivery. Need it surveying, recording
or costing. Contact ASA, we have widespread recent experience in condition stock surveys or educational and local authority buildings,
now in excess of 1,500,000 sq m in the last four years.

ASA commence ABE Fire Risk Assessment certification to tackle and meet the Regulatory Reform Order [RRO] obligations,
hopefully to secure further instructions and keep abreast of statutory development.
FIRE PRECAUTIONS AND ROOFING SCHEMES...
ASA have secured two separate packages of works to prepare feasibility studies and undertake design and contract administration of projects with a combined contract value in excess of £325,000.
